I have a week in two very nice, large 1bd/1.5 ba ocean front units for rent or trade at Costa Sure starting Dec 31 f

Because I switched my fall trip to Nov 12-Dec 12, I can't justify coming back two weeks later.
The units are in a great location and have huge balconies jutting out over the water (almost) that I absolutely love.

considering a vacation at the Grand Mayan. Can you visit the other properties? Sea Garden? We are in our 40's like to have fun and don't want to spend alot of time having to taxi. Have stayed in the hotel zone of PV 10 times, now looking to make a change. Any input is greatly suggested.

We will be arriving at this resort for a 2 week stay on Sat, Feb 21. Both weeks are trades from Trading Places and DialanExchange. We have a 2 bedroom lock-out. Can anyone tell me what bldg would afford a nice view of the ocean and yet quiet. I know as non-owners we can't expect oceanfront, but wondering if there is a bldg that would be desirable.

Hope this doesn't sound stupid but since this board has been so good at helping me plan the perfect holiday I thought I would ask!

Usually we come down in Nov or Feb next Late Oct/early Nov we have booked a New York holiday and Carribean cruise with a extended stay in San Juan Puerto Rico. No way Dh is going to do our annual vist to PV before or right after that. I can not see myself waiting until 2009 to come back here.

So I am thinking that a week in PV maybe June or early...

Since I am in the throes of getting ready for an out-of-state move a lot sooner than originally planned, I've decided that a trip to PV is just not good timing right now. Because of this, I have two timeshare weeks that I can't use and would like to rent, if at all possible.

The first one is only ONE WEEK AWAY! Dates are 10/20-10/27 for a one-bedroom unit (Maximum 4, Private 4) with a partial kitchen in the timeshare section of the Sheraton Buganvilias. Beautiful pools and so close...

I have read on a complaint board that this hotel (fractional) is nothing more than a front that they haven't built and never plan to. Can anyone tell me what they see when they pass by? Is it a scam? I just returned from my April vacation in PV. I stayed two weeks in the Playa Del Sol Grande. I'm a new owner there, and I thought I'd write a review of the place from the perspective of an owner.

First, I didn't buy from the developer...and I 'd be remiss if I didn't say never, ever buy timeshare from a developer.

Lindo Mar Update

Just returned from a two week stay at LM. Back to business as usual. The retaining wall work is well on its way; workers were putting some sort of coating on it and in the end, it will be an improvement. A blue tarp shaded the south side of the first floor unit entrances, probably to shield the "first floorers" from any splatering, although the workers were very careful. A great time was had by all, in the typical Lindo Mar tradition!
