Bob Burns is re-marketing the numerous units he owns at Vallarta Torre with one qualifier: ownership (as full-ownership condos) won't kick in for 18 years, when VT's original 30 year use agreement expires.

His marketing slogan is "Time's Running Out on VT's Timeshare Program", which hasn't been taken to kindly by the people trying to sell what's left.
