My husband and I have lived in Tepic for nine years. We are considering a move to the Puerto Vallarta area if we can find a very long term unfurnished rental with a minimum of two bedrooms...three preferred...available for less than $500 per month. View and proximity to the beach are unimportant. We have two well behaved small dogs. Many thanks for any suggestions.

After a 3 year absence we're moving back. We're looking for a 2 bedroom (or more) house in a good, quiet neighborhood. Would love to be back in Nuevo or possibly Fluvial. $200k max. Must have back yard for my schnauzer. I don't want to pay maintenance fees. I've seen a lot with fees of over $100US p/mo which I consider ridiculous. If anyone knows of something please PM me.
