Beginning in December of this year, my husband kitty and I intend to drive back and forth from our home in Columbus Ohio to our home in Puerto Vallarta each year.

Our friends warn us about buying property near the beach because of the real estate trust that must be setup. That we could
one day lose the property if the government changed or it would become very difficult to sell.
