buying a vehicle, diesel &amp; gas, food,  beer &amp; wine, cigarettes.

Other questions would be safety, do you have to have bars on doors &amp; windows, do you have to be concerned when going out and about?   Is there &#39;English
speaking&#39; entertainment, like movies, theater, concerts?  Is it  necessary to be fluent in Spanish... ]]></description>
