True? If so, I must try it because I really love Fajita Republic. I grew up in Oklahoma/Texas eating Tex Mex. Many knock it but when you grow up on something, you crave it. Fajita Republic's fajitas give me the tex mex fix when I'm in Vallarta. It is also one of the restaurants that is open late (midnight or later usually) and always busy, every night. We were all set to go to Pacifica Grill based on our previous experience there and Bruce's reminder of how good it is. Well, bummer, closed on Monday. So we went to Coco Tropical. Excellent food and service, of course excellent view.
