You should be sent something but if not you can pay by giving them the numbers you used last time. You can also pay online but you'll have to wait until they have the rates. https://enlinea.puertovallarta.gob.mx/PredialEnLinea/Default.aspx It is called "Predial" (property taxes) in case you go downtown to pay. We just go to the tax office (we live in Bucerias) with last year's bill. but they are usually not ready until about the 10th of January or so. Here also we can pay online, but the rates aren't on line yet.

There is a 15% discount if paid before March 1st for PV taxes. The bill they print for you already includes the discount. I paid ours at City Hall yesterday and it only took a few minutes. They are very organized.
