Since I am in the throes of getting ready for an out-of-state move a lot sooner than originally planned, I've decided that a trip to PV is just not good timing right now. Because of this, I have two timeshare weeks that I can't use and would like to rent, if at all possible.
The first one is only ONE WEEK AWAY! Dates are 10/20-10/27 for a one-bedroom unit (Maximum 4, Private 4) with a partial kitchen in the timeshare section of the Sheraton Buganvilias. Beautiful pools and so close to El Centro that you can walk there! I'm asking $465.00, but make me an offer.
The second week is also Sat-Sat, 10/27-11/3. This one is in a one-bedroom unit (Sleeps 4, Private 2) at the Villa del Mar, which shares a property with the Villa del Palmar. It's in the Hotel Zone between the Holiday Inn and the Fiesta Americana. Gigante is a short walk, and the bus comes right out front.
This resort has it all -- one of the best beaches in PV, three pools, tennis courts, spa, fitness center, restaurants, sports bar, convenience store, Internet and laundry facilities.
Asking $495 for this one but willing to negotiate. Will rent both weeks together for $800.
