The Lindo Mar was supposed to open January 13. Anyone know if it did, and if so, how did it go and what's it like?

we passed by it on our way to the airport last Friday, tarps still up and construction still going on on the parking level....it did not look like it was open altho the restaurant is.

Website says they were taking bookings so I can't see them taking bookings but not opening.
