U.S. CONSULAR AGENCY PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Apply for U.S. Social Security in Puerto Vallarta pilot Contact Station Outreach Program.
The U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara is pleased to announce that personnel from the Federal Benefits Unit (Social Security) will be having the first Contact Station for Vallarta and Bahia de Banderas from June 24th to 26th.
It will be held at Nuevo Vallarta, Paradise Plaza Local L-19 on June 24, 25, 26. The time will be 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Vallarta Time).
The purpose is to receive application for Social Security benefits.
Application will be taken with a previous appointment only. To make an appointment, call 01-333-268-2114 - Leave your name, social security number and phone number so that a representative can contact you to confirm your appointment.
Also, Town Meetins are scheduled for Social Security information:
June 24th at Nuevo Vallarta, Paradise Plaza and June 25th in Puerto Vallarta at the Sheraton Hotel, beginning at 10:30 A.M. (Vallarta Time), to discuss the following:
a.. PRESENT SOCIAL SECURITY REPRESENTATIVES TO THE COMMUNITY.
b.. PROVIDE THE 2008-2009 CALENDAR FOR VALLARTA CONTACT STATION.
c.. DISCUSS TYPES OF SERVICES PRESENTED AT CONTACT STATION.
d.. APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR RETIREMENT CLAIMS SUBMITTED IN VALLARTA.
e.. INFORM OF NEW MANDATORY POLICY FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS TO ALL BENEFICIARIES LIVING IN MEXICO.
