Is the new restaurant that took the place of the old Tequila's on the malecon open? What is it? Anyone visited and can describe it for me?

Is another restaurant going in there? It seems like someone would have been by there that would know. Primo space, I hope something great ends up there.

la distelarado is the name and well , lets just say there prices are more expensive the cafe des artiste

So, if you've been there, what is it like in atmosphere, menu, prices? Remember, Agave Grill started as a tequila tasting and look what it's become!
